Why it matters
The Flair Puck adds Wi-Fi app control, schedules and room-temperature sensing to a mini-split that only has an infrared remote. Its listing names Wi-Fi.
IR controllers need a clear line of sight to the indoor head and work by mimicking its remote, so check your brand is supported; maker Wi-Fi kits plug into specific models instead.
The listing gives dimensions of 3.15 inD x 3.15 inW x 3.15 inH, range in the box and plastic construction.
