Why it matters
The Senville Wifi USB Connect Kit with Alexa SEN20-ACK1T adds Wi-Fi app control, schedules and room-temperature sensing to a mini-split that only has an infrared remote.
IR controllers need a clear line of sight to the indoor head and work by mimicking its remote, so check your brand is supported; maker Wi-Fi kits plug into specific models instead.
